hOW TO JOIN:

​

1. Click the link below and sign up via direct debit 

2. Receive your welcome email once payment has cleared 

3. start claiming your vip benefits straight away

  • ​Direct debits will be scheduled every month from the date of sign up.

  • Once payment has cleared, you will be enrolled into the VIP Club and have access to exclusive offers straight away.

  • Any failed direct debits will be attempted again 3 x within a 4 week window.

  • Multiple failed attempts will result in the membership being frozen and any earned rewards will be lost.

  • Minimum term 7 months, after this you can cancel any time. 

  • Cancellations must be in writing to hello@features-beauty.co.uk.

  • All payments are collected via our safe platform, Gocardless.

  • No refunds can be given.

  • Features Beauty reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time should this be necessary.

  • Discounts can be used for the VIP Members only, and not transferred or used for other customers.

  • VIP discount cannot be used with any other discounts or codes. But can be used with loyalty points.

  • Max. discount £20. No minimum spend.
