We'll do our best to get your purchase to you quickly. Orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, please allow extra days for delivery ontop of the processing time.
Orders may be further delayed during busy times. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
Collection
If you live local to Eastbourne, East Sussex and have selected 'collection' as your shipping option please allow three working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email once your parcel is ready to be collected, please then reply to the email to arrange a suitable collection date and time from the salon.
Damages
Features Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In this instance please file a claim with Royal Mail, if you have received the item damaged ensure you have taken pictures as proof.
International Orders
If you're overseas and would like to make an order please get in touch for a postage quote. Features Beauty is not responsible for any overseas customs and taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
